Content types offer you a variety of benefits: 

• Simplified workflow: Enter media data using logical forms
• Series & Hubs: Use complex structures like series and content hubs in combination with JWP-certified app partners and our open-source Web App
• Avoid errors: Metadata is type-checked and has a dedicated UI

New feature

Content types allow you to classify media using shared custom parameters. To get started, you can load JWP-created default content types to the dashboard. Default content types include the following:

• Movie
• Series
• Episode
• Live Channel
• Live Event
• Trailer
• Hub
• Static Page

Additionally, you can contact your JWP representative to help you create custom content types that are tailored to your needs.
