We’ve improved how Hours managed is displayed on the System usage page to provide clearer, more accurate insight into how this metric is tracked and evaluated over your contract period.

New Feature

Monthly usage status indicators
The Hours managed table now includes color-coded monthly indicators to help you quickly assess usage status:

• Blue — Current month within the daily limit
• Red — Month where the daily limit was exceeded
• Green — Previous contract months within the limit
• Gray — Months outside the current contract period

Hover over the Hours managed (max) column to see details about the specific day that produced the maximum value. The month with the highest usage is labeled (max).
